Growing up in the system after a few group homes and foster homes was no easy task from 5-21 years old.. Remembering what it was like as a foster kid, wondering around in the dark after being abandoned and abused, never knowing the answers to life or that I had the power to change it with my thinking! My foster mother was always encouraging me and preparing me for what I am today- Foster parents role are vital and I hope I can share something that will help you raise positive leaders!
